Please note we are aware of the technical difficulties currently being experienced in Irene, Lynnwood, Monument Park, Moreleta Park and Rosslyn.

Our backhaul service provider has been notified to investigate, we have no ETR at this stage.

The DFA team tested the internal links which carries the Irene R21 service and received a disconnection.

The DFA team is still localizing to see if the disconnection is at the same place as the cable break.

The DFA floaters team are on-site, they are busy floating in new cable on route IR1P2 and NB20P6.

Prior to testing, technicians located the point of break where DFA links were exposed and vandalized.

The DFA technicians found that 9 cables and two major cables were damaged by external contractors while trenching using a TLB.

The DFA technicians are still assessing the damages feedback will be provided.
