In an ongoing effort to upgrade and improve our network, we will be conducting a network emergency change request – CRWLD Audit

The following work to be completed:

· Resources at the POP and both Manholes · We will need a FTTB and FTTH resource to confirm the port that goes down · We will break the first fibre · NOC resource to confirm what goes down · MFN tech to document the client and corresponding fibre · We need to redo this till we confirmed all the ports for FTTB and FTTH on the POP · Submit all audit sheets
